We are all about helping each other on the journey and sharing from the heart while discovering and building each others faith. We travel the world encouraging people wherever we can through the prophetic, the arts and simply by who we are. We started our journey in 1977 when we got married in Amsterdam, worked for more then 20 years in YWAM, taught in different DTS's all over the globe and led worship in all kinds of conferences and churches. For the past 10 years we lived in Kelowna, Canada, leading mentorship schools, retreats and seminars. At this moment we are on the road again, while our home in Kelowna is used for at least the next 2 years by a young couple who are doing a similar work leading YWAM in the Okanagan Valley. We are looking towards starting a new work in South Africa (like we did in Canada) and are excited to see how the Holy Spirit will lead. (if you are interested, read our blog!) About Peter
Peter was radically touched and transformed by Jesus while singing, dancing and acting in the musical "Hair" at the age of nineteen. His life has been and is, an expression of the flair that comes into our lives when 'touched by Jesus'. It's impossible to put him in a box, as he will surprise you and 'jump right out'. He is an artist by nature, on the cutting edge, daring, vibrant, colorful, spontaneous, and prophetic, using all the mediums to explore God thru. Peter has traveled far and wide, across the globe, vibrantly teaching on Faith, the Prophetic, Worship, Finding Your Destiny, Life in the Spirit, Healing, and many more topics. Peter enjoys radically seeing lives changed and set on fire with the love of Jesus. Worship is also very close to Peter's heart. He has led many Worship Conferences, and together with his band 'Recabite', has traveled in many European nations, Canada, USA and South Africa. People have been especially encouraged by his prophetic ministry in worship. Worship to Peter is discovering the Heart and manifest Presence of God, thru use of sounds, fragrance, sight and touch. Peter loves the nations, tribes and tongues...he loves joining right in with them...enjoying their dance, their music, their song...


About Anne-Marie

I grew up in Papua New Guinea, now that was, bones in your nose, grass skirt stuff to begin with. Anne-Marie came to know Jesus at the age of eight. Listening intently to a missionary from China tell about her adventures. While she listened, she asked God for a life like that. She drew up a list of all the countries that I wanted to visit as a child...and ever since then it has been an unfolding of one adventure after the other. God has taken her to every one of those countries, on the list where she teaches and shares the things that have impacted her life. Anne-Marie loves to see people come alive, as they realize deep in their hearts that, 'if God loves them, then nothing is impossible'. God has given her radical visions that have resulted in powerful European Women's conferences and ministries Anne-Marie loves to travel, learning from different cultures, as they show her so much of God. Her travels have taken me to: Lithuania, Estonia, Letland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Mongolia, Africa - Ghana, Uganda, South Africa, China, Scandinavia, and other European countries. One of her favorite sounds is: 'the click of the seat-belt' on the plane. Together with her husband Peter, Anne-Marie directs mentoring programs, special events and retreats in their home at Kelowna, BC, Canada. She has taught at Youth with a Mission (YWAM), Discipleship Training Seminars (DTS), conferences, churches, and women's ministries. The Helms Family

Peter and Anne-Marie Helms joined hands and hearts on the 21st of October, 1977 . They were joined by three lovely children, Carl-Peter, Joel and Rochelle Their adventures took them to Youth with a Mission (YWAM), where they led Discipleship Training Schools (DTS), Creative Schools and and all kinds of evangelistic outreaches . Eventually the Helms lead a YWAM base, and led many outreaches in Europe, Asia and the USA, leading and participating in Drama teams, Power Evangelism teams with signs and wonders. During that time, their itinerant ministry began to grow, causing them to step into an internationally recognized ministry. Together with a team of national pastors they have organized and led, "In Your Presence" Worship Conferences', in the Netherlands, and Peter has translated and led worship for the International Women's Conferences that Anne-Marie has led.  In the year 2000 they went on another journey, which led them to settle in Kelowna, BC, Canada. In 2010 they decided to take some time to seek some more direction as to what their next step would look like. In April 2011 they decided to take a new step of faith, sell their house in Canada and make another move into the unknown with South Africa in mind. Although they did not sell their house, they were able to rent it out to friends from YWAM who wanted to start afresh in 'The Okanagan' (Kelowna). This created the space for Peter and Anne-Marie to move ahead, travel and see their hearts desires unfold. They are presently spending a lot of time with their children and grand-children as well as traveling, teaching and writing their auto-biography.
